Each tattoo is performed with the utmost care and technique, but the outcome may vary depending on skin type, location, aftercare, and other individual factors. Small imperfections are natural in handmade artwork. We are not responsible for changes due to improper healing or lack of after-care.
You agree that we may remove the Service for indefinite periods or cancel it at any time, without notice. Your use of or inability to use the Service is at your own risk. The Service and all products and services delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated by us, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Naia Courtt, nor its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of your use of any service or products obtained through the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall survive termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our site.
If, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms—or we suspect that you have failed to comply—we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination; we may also deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
Entire Agreement
Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, alter or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our site. It is your responsibility to review our site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the site or Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Services Offered
Naia Tattoo offers original, custom, and exclusive tattoos, as well as the sale of flash tattoos (pre‑drawn designs that will be tattooed only once). Related art or tattoo products may also be offered seasonally.
Booking & Payments
Booking a session requires a non‑refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of the session via card or another agreed method. After purchasing a flash tattoo or making a booking, we will contact you via email to finalize scheduling.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling is allowed once only, with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no‑shows result in forfeiture of the deposit and the session. Late arrivals of up to 30 minutes are tolerated; after that, the session may be canceled or adjusted based on the remaining time.
Flash Tattoo Policy
Each flash design sold will be tattooed only once. Purchasing the flash does not guarantee priority scheduling—the date will be arranged later based on availability. Reselling, reproducing, or independently using the designs is prohibited. The price of the tattoo is calculated based on the dimensions provided in the flash description. If the client wishes to change the size later, the price will be adjusted proportionally based on the new measurement. Size changes are possible if communicated in advance so that the design and session duration can be adapted.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for appearing well‑fed, rested, and with healthy skin. We do not tattoo minors under 16, even with parental consent. For clients aged 16–19, the presence of a legal guardian is mandatory on the day of the session to sign a liability waiver.
Health Declarations & Consent
Clients must inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, including chronic diseases, medication use, allergies, or circumstances that may interfere with the tattooing or healing process. By booking your session, you confirm that you are fit for the procedure. On the day of the tattoo, you will be required to sign an in‑person consent form acknowledging the risks involved.
Aftercare & Guarantee
Each session includes a free healing kit with clear aftercare instructions. If adjustments or touch‑ups are needed, these are free for minor details if requested within a 90‑day period after the session. If a touch‑up is deemed necessary due to improper healed care, additional fees may apply based on individual assessment. Questions about healing can be sent via email or WhatsApp with clear photos of the tattoo.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork on the website, social media, and sessions are owned by artist Naia Courtt. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any image or design without express written permission is prohibited.
Digital & Physical Products
Physical products are shipped according to availability and may include production and delivery times. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
